Terms of use

AthleteX is interface software for the Pons V2 contracts on Robinhood Chain. You launch tokens from your own wallet and are responsible for them. Don't use names, images or marks in a way that implies an endorsement you don't have. Tokens that impersonate or mislead may be hidden from the interface.

Only the owner of an official X account may claim its vault. Attempting to claim a vault you don't own is prohibited.

Custody

Until an athlete claims, their creator fees are held in a vault wallet whose key AthleteX controls. AthleteX commits to use that key only to pay out the verified owner of the matching X account. Vault addresses and balances are public on Robinhood Chain.

Privacy

We store public X profile details (handle, display name, profile image link), the tokens launched on AthleteX, and payout records. To verify an account we read one public post you choose to share through X's public embed service. We never ask for your X login or password. On-chain data is public and can't be deleted.

Not affiliated with X. AthleteX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.

Not affiliated with Robinhood or Pons. AthleteX is an independent application that uses the Pons V2 contracts. Pons sets its own fees and rules, and its protocol owner can change a token's fee recipient after a public three-day notice.

No athlete endorsement. A token that names a sportsperson is not issued or approved by them.

Risk

Tokens are highly volatile and may lose all value. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Transactions are irreversible. Nothing here is investment advice.
